What happens to our unreleased episodes?
Content is encrypted in transit and at rest, visible only to authorised users and never used to train AI models. With ShowBits OnPremise it never leaves your network at all.
Which formats can we upload?
Common video and audio formats such as MP4, MOV, MXF, WAV and MP3, including high resolutions. Upload via browser, watch folder, API, from Google Drive, OneDrive, SharePoint and Box, or via MAM integration.
How long does processing take?
A one-hour episode is usually analysed within a few minutes. Duration depends on length, resolution and the formats you need.
Can we edit the clips?
Yes. Cut points, subtitles, framing and copy can all be adjusted in the editor before a clip is approved.
What exactly does white label mean?
You run ShowBits under your own brand: your domain, logo, colors, email sender and templates. Your users never see the ShowBits name.
How do Cloud and OnPremise differ?
The interface and editing features are identical. We operate the cloud in the EU; OnPremise runs in your data center or private cloud, without an internet connection if required. Without internet you export finished clips instead of posting directly.
